TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By making a purchase with Petals on Point LLC, the customer agrees that he/she understands and is accepting the following Terms and Conditions.
RENTAL PERIOD
All rental items are rented for a period of five days. The customer agrees to return all rental items on the 5th day of the rental period. The customer further agrees that the rented property shall [1] not be used beyond the intended capacity; [2] not be used in any manner for which it was not designed or designated; [3] not be used near an open flame; [4] not be used in a negligent manner.
INSURANCE
The customer hereby agrees that he/she shall fully indemnify Petals on Point, LLC. for any and all damage to or loss of the rented property. Insurance is built into the cost of each item in order to cover normal wear and tear of the products, including broken flowers, damaged petals, minor stains, or other determined natural wear of the product. Insurance will not cover items damaged beyond normal wear and tear or items NOT returned. This includes actions like disassembling arrangements, causing burns, excessive staining, and subjecting items to water or fire damage. The buyer shall be responsible for 50% of the rental cost per damaged item and the full value of items unreturned, estimated at 150% of the rental cost.
Example of fees:
Damaged centerpiece: $24.50
Unreturned centerpiece: $73.50
Damaged large/medium stand: $6/$5
Unreturned large/medium stand: $15/$11.50
RETURN OF PROPERTY TO PETALS ON POINT, LLC
The customer hereby agrees to return the rented property and all original packaging materials to Petals on Point, LLC. The property must be returned on the 5th day of the rental period. If this day falls on a Sunday or Federal Holiday, return on the following day. A $25 late fee will be charged per day, if not returned on the 5th day of the rental period. Petals on Point LLC is not responsible for any personal property unintentionally returned with rental property.
CANCELLATION/CHANGE ORDER POLICY
Petals on Point, LLC requires a 30 days notice on cancellations in order to issue a refund of the deposit. Orders canceled less than 30 days before the rental date will forfeit the 50% deposit. Cancellations must be submitted via email to info@petalsonpoint.com. Changes to an existing order can be made up to 10 days prior to the event date. Within 10 days, deletions are not accepted. Exchanges must be at equal or greater value. No cancellations of individual items are allowed within 10 days prior to the event date.
